Grew up on a farm and ranch and have a Ph.D. in plant pathology

I would be a potato since it is truly the only noble plant

1491 by Charles C. Mann, not sure I would say favorite but an absolutely fascinating idea of what the Americas were like before Christopher Columbus

A turf specialist, landscape designer, and a plant pathologist all went out to lunch. The turf specialist and the landscape designer walked into a bar, the plant pathologist ducked

Tell us of a recent adventure:

Toured French, English, and Scottish gardens for six weeks with Plant and Landscape Systems students. It was a study abroad program and incredibly fun and fascinating.

Plant health management is the best occupation in the world
