BYU’s favorite nine-man a cappella group is gearing up to bring its music to a much bigger stage. With the release of their latest music video, “What Child is This?,” Vocal Point has announced that they’ve signed a recording deal with Decca Gold, Universal Classics, US, part of Universal Music Group (UMG), the world’s largest music company.
BYU Vocal Point will take the stage Jan. 13-14 at the Harris Fine Arts Center. The nine-man group will present a variety of innovative a cappella arrangements and choreography.

It was a whirlwind 24 hours for members of BYU Vocal Point and The All-American Boys Chorus as the two groups collaborated on their latest music video that almost wasn't.

The Jerusalem movie set nearby Goshen is the backdrop for a new Christmas music video produced by BYU students in partnership with an interfaith group called "Faith Counts." 

 

After Thanksgiving, Laina Walker went to LA to rehearse for a national television appearance. She’s now back on the stage where she stood out for her beautiful singing voice and for sticking to her personal beliefs.

After delighting celebrity judges and nationwide viewers weekly this fall, BYU’s Vocal Point concluded its run in NBC’s “The Sing-Off.” Ratings for the show average around 4 million people each week.
