Brigham Young University Academic Vice President Justin Collings has appointed two new deans: Christopher “Chip” Oscarson in the College of Humanities and Diane Reich in the College of Fine Arts and Communications.
Brigham Young University will implement a 3% increase for undergraduate tuition for the 2025–26 academic year. This will bring the undergraduate rate per semester from $3,344 to $3,444, an increase of $100.
Clark’s tenure is effective immediately. She replaces Kendra Hall-Kenyon, who had served in that role since 2022 and was recently named an associate academic vice president.
Perry Martin's appointment is effective June 1. She will fill the role of Carri Jenkins, who is retiring after decades of service at BYU.
The Jerusalem Center for Near Eastern Studies will resume student programs starting April 29, 2025.
Academic Vice President Justin Collings has appointed Brad L. Neiger as associate academic vice president to serve as school of medicine liaison and Kendra Hall-Kenyon as associate academic vice president for faculty relations.
Hansen has a long career in strategic planning, marketing and branding. Before serving as a mission president for the Church of Jesus Christ for the France Paris Mission from 2020 to 2023, he had been with Nike, Inc., for 20 years. From 2008 to 2020, he was the senior director of Global Sports Marketing.
Radford replaces Tracy Flinders, who is retiring after serving as a seasoned executive leader at BYU and in the IT industry.
In his new role, Flinders will lead the university's human resource functions — which includes, oversight of hiring, compensation, benefits, employee relations and employee training.
The new building will be located on the west side of the parking lot of the current Creamery on Ninth.
