Shanae Tate is a Salt Lake City native who enjoys hiking, musical theater, and playing with her nieces and nephews. She worked on a long-term satellite image analysis of Utah Lake's algae blooms when she was Dr. Hansen's graduate student. She currently works as a Customer Success Manager for Trimble - Cityworks, helping cities and utility districts manage their resources effectively using GIS for asset management.
