George Eppel

George is a Sophomore student studying Environmental Science and Sustainability. He is a first generation South African American who grew up across the US as well as France and Singapore. He is fascinated by regenerative agriculture and restoration ecology. He also loves making niche playlists on Spotify, reading the classics, learning new languages, and growing orchids.
