Elisabeth is a former master's student in the Hansen Lab and studied the effects of different types of recreation on soil health in Bears Ears National Monument. She also got her undergraduate degree in Environmental Science from BYU. She is interested in environmental policy, public lands management, and remote sensing. She loves hiking, climbing, and camping, and owns a lot of plants.
