Baylie Nusink is an undergraduate studying Environmental Science. She currently studies how wildfires and rodents influence plant invasions in forest and desert ecosystems. She is interested in understanding and communicating the role plants play in dynamic ecosystems. When not catching small mammals and counting plants in the Mojave Desert, Baylie loves to bike, knit, golf, fly fish, and win Harry Potter trivia contests.
