PLANET Winners

Devin Warner, won the Chainsaw Breakdown competition in new Collegiate record timeMarch 27-30, 39 Brigham Young University Students participated in competitions at PLANET (Professional Landcare Network) Career Days at North Metro Techical College in Atlanta, Georgia.  Students were accompanied by Faculty members, Greg Jolley, Phil Allen, and Bryan Hopkins.  They were also accompanied by Head of BYU Grounds, Roy Peterman, and Head of Specialty Grounds Crew, Glenl Wear.

BYU's Team placed 2nd overall out of 64 teams from Universities and Colleges all over the United States.

In the Super Star Event, a combination of 5 individual events, two students placed in the top 10.  Brian Baker placed 5th and Austin Gardner placed 9th.
